Cretia Cakes® Shipping and Handling Information

Please note: To avoid weekend transit, orders placed after 10AM PT / 1 PM ET on Wednesday will ship on Monday of the following week.

Standard Shipping

UPS ground or USPS shipping delivery dates can't be guaranteed, only estimated. Depending on the day of the week you place your order, you can usually expect the following:

Customer orders will be processed 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.  Shipping rates vary based on the weight, destination, and type of service.  Additional insurance and shipping costs are paid by the buyer/customer.  Our standard method of shipping is USPS (US Postal Service) 1st Class or Priority Mail which depends on the weight.

Please allow a few days to prepare your item(s).  If you place an order on or after Wednesday, your order will go out the following week to prevent being in a warehouse over the weekend sitting.

If you need delivery guaranteed by a certain date, we recommend using one of our expedited shipping options instead. Also, please send a comment with the order.

As always, we stand behind the quality and freshness of our products. The Cretia Cakes® guarantee is supreme...it arrives fresh and delicious just as if you walked out of our establishment, or we'll replace it.

UPS

Express PM Delivery

Place your order by Noon MST and your package will be delivered the following business day to most business locations by 5:00 p.m. and by 7:00 p.m. to most residences for an extra $16.95/item in addition to the standard shipping charges. . Not available to P.O. box addresses, currently.

Express AM Delivery

Place your item by Noon MST and your package will be delivered by Noon to most areas the next business day for an extra fee per item in addition to the standard shipping charges above. Not available to all locations or to P.O. Box addresses.

Two Day Guaranteed

Place your order by Noon MST and your package will be delivered on the 2nd business day by 5:00 p.m to most businesses and to most residences by 7:00 p.m. for an extra fee per item in addition to standard shipping charges above.

Redirected Packages

A $10.00 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given. We cannot extend our guarantee when incorrect addresses are given.

Hospital/College Notice

When delivering to colleges, hospitals or hotels, we guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the college, hotel or hospital. It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.
